Four non-negotiables on every residential job, from a 300 sq ft turf pad to a full backyard rebuild.
Base compaction and grade
Every install starts underground. We excavate to depth, lay and compact Class II base in lifts, and shoot grade so nothing settles or ponds two seasons from now.

Drainage before finish
Carson City clay and summer downpours punish shortcuts. Channel drains, sleeves, and a pondless basin go in before a single paver is set.
